  Candidates are screened on the basis of their skill proficiency, personality, health condition and English level capabilities.
• TRADE TEST (in cooperation with TESDA)

• PROCESS APPLICATION AND EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS OF WORKER
  
  SBMI facilitates the necessary employment formalities of the selected workers from Medical Examination, Embassies, PDOS, POEA & other necessary travel documentation that may be required prior to their departure.
• EXTENDED DEPARTURE ASSISTANCE
  
  SBMI conducts its own pre-departure orientation session in addition to the official Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) required by POEA to all departing workers. This session will help them to understand the host country’s rules and regulations especially with regards to labour law.
